Executive Director

Melinda Collins serves the Park Oak Grove Team as Executive Director and brings over 25 years of healthcare experience to the community. Beginning her career as a Nursing Assistant, Melinda brings a multitude of experience in senior living to the team, having also worked in the business office, admissions, and now as a licensed Assisted Living Administrator. She is excited to have found her home here at Park Oak Grove.

Melinda is truly passionate about assisting seniors, especially those with memory related conditions, and has assisted several communities with opening a memory care neighborhood inside of their Assisted Living facility. She has achieved her Certified Dementia Practitioner certification.

When she is not at work, she enjoys reading and spending time with family, which includes 3 children,  5 grandchildren, and her 3 dogs named Leroy, Ellie Mae and Tank.

Sales Director, Fran Lilly, embodies an unending passion for the happiness and welfare of our residents. With more than 17 years of experience in senior living, she considers it an honor to serve our community. The relationships between her and our residents are unparalleled in the business. Whether it be to see what high heels she is wearing, or an urgent need, Fran is the go-to gal for the residents. In her free time, Fran loves spending time with her two daughters and spoiling her grandchildren.

Director of Celebrations

Beverly has been a Life Enrichment Director for more than 20 years. She is a certified Dementia Practitioner as well as a Teepa Snow Positive Approach to Care Trainer. Having a background in Music Education, Beverly looks forward to playing the piano for the residents and starting a hand chime group and a choir. Beverly is married and has one son, two fur babies, a grandson, and a grand dog named, Kristoff. She enjoys gardening, music, crafting, and most importantly making residents happy.
